International Summer School on Semiconductor Nanocrystals 2026

The International Summer School on Semiconductor Nanocrystals 2026 is a multi-day school in the Swiss Alps. It will offer a platform to students and junior postdocs for scientific exchange with peers and with experts in the field. Students are welcome to actively involve themselves by presenting a poster on their own research.

The Summer School covers a broad spectrum of topics linked to the development and understanding of semiconductor nanocrystals. These include synthesis procedures of various classes of materials, structural characterization in real and reciprocal space, and optical and electronic properties.

The event targets MSc students, PhD students, and junior postdocs.

This Summer school is organized by the SCS Division of Materials Chemistry in collaboration with the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network Track the Twin (https://trackthetwin.ugent.be)
